The domestic dual-protagonist adventure game “Deng Deng Hua” developed by Gratesca Studio will be officially launched on Steam on November 28, 2023. In view of the excellent reputation of Yimei Studio’s previous work “Sea Sand Storm” on the Steam platform, the new work immediately aroused the attention and expectations of the majority of players as soon as it was announced.
On November 23, just before the release of “Deng Deng Hua”, Yimei Studio and Youyan Club held a media preview session at the Youyan Archives. More than a dozen media were invited to participate. At the trial session, media friends also deeply felt the unique gameplay of “Deng Deng Hua”: in more than 40 hours of plot flow, Yimei Studio successfully realized the transformation from a pure text adventure to A gorgeous transition from the game to a hybrid genre game. How to organically combine the game experience of JRPG and AVG has become a hot discussion point among the media present.

Different from traditional pure text adventure games, “Deng Deng Hua” is a two-protagonist adventure game with rich RPG elements. Players can play as the Light Envoy and embark on an adventure full of fairy tale adventures. With the dream of becoming gardeners who protect everyone, Meng Deng and Lantern Night gradually reveal the truth about a mysterious girl’s life experience in the hustle and bustle of daily adventure.
Imei Studio has introduced a large number of JRPG and action combat elements into this work. In addition to more than 20 hours of main missions, players can also explore more than 20 character side stories (approximately 10 hours). At the demo session, the media experienced diverse levels and plots at different nodes. They were also able to become partners with light users with different abilities, develop relationships, and obtain “blessing” petals that change the battle mode.

During the trial session, Yimei Studio prepared a number of different combat levels for players to experience. By switching between two main control characters with different fighting styles, you can use brilliant and powerful combo attacks, and use superb skills to defeat your opponents in hearty battles.
